The formula comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 53 to 63 percent of seed of spine date, 12 to 22 percent of fruit of roxburgh rose, 13 to 23 percent of ginsenoside and 2 to 12 percent of liquiritin. The food contains an extender, and the extender contains taurine and medlar, wherein the mass rateof the taurine to the medlar is 10:1. The formula of mixing four types of ingredients is applied to the sleep resistance.
