Abstract

The invention relates to food for resisting sleep deprivation stress damage. The formula comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 53 to 63 percent of seed of spine date, 12 to 22 percent of fruit of roxburgh rose, 13 to 23 percent of ginsenoside and 2 to 12 percent of liquiritin. The food contains an extender, and the extender contains taurine and medlar, wherein the mass rateof the taurine to the medlar is 10:1. The formula of mixing four types of ingredients is applied to the sleep resistance. The ingredients mixed according to the formula can greatly reduce the damage to physical functions under the condition of sleep deprivation and has a certain application prospect in improving physical conditions of the persons(such as students, white collars and servicemen) ina continuous operating process.
