Problems solved by technology

This fermentation process is complicated and difficult to control. The low-temperature drying process itself consumes a lot of energy, resulting in waste of energy, and the need to emit smoke and dust to cause environmental pollution.

example 1

[0071] In a dairy farm in Zhongjie, Huanghua City, 40 Holstein dairy cows aged 11 to 16 months were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the design of random grouping experiment. Diet composition: corn 1.95 kg, soybean meal 0.3 kg, cotton meal 0.24 kg, bran 0.39 kg, corn silage 10 kg, brewer's grains 3 kg, premix 0.12 kg, hay ad libitum, the test group added this product every day 2 kg at the same time reduce the original concentrate by 2 kg, mix well with the original concentrate and add to feed, the control group does not add or decrease the concentrate. The test cows were reared in groups with variable troughs, and were fed in troughs three times a day with an interval of 7-8 hours. During the test period of 34 days, after adding the product of the present invention, the feed intake and feed intake speed of the test cattle were normal, and the average daily gain of the test group was 1.12 kilograms, which was 47.36% higher than that of...

example 2

[0077] Trial feeding experiment of complete feed for dairy cows:

[0078] The test was conducted from May 15th to May 26th, 2010, for a total of 11 days. Among them, the pre-test period was 3 days (May 15th to 17th), and the test period was 8 days (May 18th to May 25th). 40 cows participated in the test. Among them, there were 20 animals in the control group and 20 animals in the test group. The diet consisted of: 1.01 kg of corn stalks, 3.01 kg of corn stalk powder, 0.39 kg of Leymus chinensis, 13.79 kg of corn silage, 4.58 kg of brewer's grains, 0.2 kg of dry meal, 1.8 kg of carrots, and 9.76 kg of concentrate. 2 kg of the product is reduced by 2 kg of the original concentrate at the same time, mixed with the original concentrate and fed, and the control group does not add or decrease the concentrate. The test cows were fed three times a day, and milked three times by mechanical pipes, with an interval of 7 to 8 hours. The milk samples were weighed for three days in the p...

Abstract

The invention discloses a microbial preparation and a fermentation process thereof. The microbial preparation is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3 percent of lactobacillus plantarum, 4 percent of bacillus subtilis, 3 percent of saccharomyces cerevisiae, 20 percent of bean dregs, 45 percent of corn, 10 percent of cotton dregs and 15 percent of bran coat. The fermentation process comprises the following steps of: performing liquid amplification culturing on selected strains respectively; after culturing, performing solid inoculation on the respectively-cultured strains; adding a certain amount of water to keep the water content of a material at about 37 percent; directly stirring uniformly with a horizontal stirrer; putting into a special packaging bag for tight sealing; and fermenting at room temperature of 20-30 DEG C for 7 days. In the fermentation process, aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria are combined for fermenting, and fermentation is performed after packaging, so that the problem of over high temperature of the material caused by heat production during solid aerobic fermentation is solved skillfully; and anaerobic control is performed, so that the temperature of the material is always kept about 15-25 DEG C, the water content is about 37 percent, the low-temperature drying process of the material is eliminated, energy is saved, the emission of harmful gases is reduced, and the product quality is enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a microbial preparation and a fermentation method thereof, in particular to a microbial preparation mainly used for feed and a fermentation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the production of animal husbandry in my country, due to the abuse of antibiotics, drug residues in animal products exceed the standard, which directly affects the quality of animal products and has a negative impact on the development of animal husbandry in my country. Now, many countries have successively introduced many measures to control the usage of antibiotics, veterinary drugs and feed additives with high residue and high toxicity and side effects, and some species have been expressly banned from use. After China's accession to WTO, due to the quality problems of livestock products, the export of my country's livestock products has been seriously hindered, resulting in a continuous downturn in animal husbandry and difficulties in sell...
