Abstract

The invention provides a warning device for lubricant with over-standard water content. The device mainly comprises a capacitance sensor, a guard grating oscillation circuit, a singlechip computer, a four-digit display and a voice alarm, wherein the capacitance sensor is inserted at the bottom of a lubricant tank, and the singlechip computer and a secondary meter are arranged on a distribution disc in a duty room; the singlechip computer is a singlechip computer in a AT899C5R series which contains a 8KR0M 256-bite random-access memory (RAM) and can directly drive a light emitting diode (LED); the capacitance sensor is an HS1100 capacitance sensor, and a water-content signal detected by the capacitance sensor side is converted into a square signal by an NE555 oscillator of a guard grating, and the square signal is transmitted to a 16-bit binary counter of the singlechip computer; and pulse signals are recorded regularly and stored in an internal buffer zone, are subject to digital filter sectional linear correction and water-content level calibration, and are transmitted to the display for displaying and to the voice alarm for alarming.
