Abstract

A solute of the aqueous solution consists of the following components in percentage by weight in the terms of the total weight of the solute: 8-15 percent of coupling agent, 1-3 percent of pH regulating agent, 14-20 percent of lubricant and 65-75 percent of film forming agent, wherein the lubricant is a blend of oleic acid modified polyethenoxy ether and polyethylene glycol fatty ester; and the film forming agent is a blend of aqueous epoxy emulsion, small molecular epoxy emulsion, polyurethane emulsion, polyester or acrylic acid. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the sizing agent.
