Abstract

The invention discloses an oil field wastewater treatment method. according to the method, after being subjected to air flotation, oilfield wastewater flows into a carbon tube micro-filtration membrane separation system; oil and suspended solids in the wastewater are adsorbed and intercepted by a carbon tube membrane during the running of the system, the system performs backwashing after running for a period of time so that the adsorbed and intercepted oil and suspended solids are discharged together with backwashing liquid; and the dialysis fluid subjected to membrane treatmend is used as produced water after treatment and rejected into the oil recovery stratum. By the method, the damage of suspended solids, oil and other substances in the re-injection water to the stratum is reduced.
