Abstract

According to the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the preparation method sequentially comprises the following steps of: heating eucommea rubber; performing thin-passing on the eucommea rubber; adding stearic acid, 2,2'-dithio bisbenzothiazole, methyl phenyl zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate, N-phenyl-N'-cyclohexyl p-phenylenediamine, zinc oxide, glycidyl ether methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane, carbon black, sulfur and low-density polyethylene to mix uniformly; performing thin-passing, extrusion and vulcanization to obtain rubber; performing injection moulding on the rubber to form a small annular rubber ring; enlarging the small annular rubber ring into a big rubber ring; and cooling to obtain the memory rubber. The using method comprises the steps of sleeving the damaged hole of a pipeline by using the big rubber ring and heating the big rubber ring to 70 to 100 DEG C with hot water, so that the rubber ring shrinks quickly to tightly wrap the hole and the water pipe is repaired by the convergence force.
