Abstract

The invention discloses a food ingredient for cooking in cooking devices and a preparation method thereof and relates to a food ingredient for cooking in cooking devices (especially microwave ovens) and a preparation method thereof. The food ingredient contains vegetable oil which is solidified at room temperature, and after being packaged by using a craft paper bag, the food ingredient is used for cooking in the cooking devices (especially microwave ovens); and meanwhile, the invention also relates to a preparation method of the food ingredient. The food ingredient mainly comprises grain materials, the vegetable oil, components which can enable the oil to be solidified, and other optional components such as sugar, salt, flavoring agents, sweetening agents, coloring agents and antiseptic agents. The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: putting the grain materials such as corn into a special packaging bag for microwave oven cooking; then, according to each formula of each food ingredient, putting other components into the special packaging bag, and uniformly mixing the components with components put in advance, wherein the operation of putting is performed under thermal control at a temperature of 45-75 DEG C. By using the food ingredient disclosed by the invention, the effects of lowering the levels of cholesterols and low-density lipoproteins and improving the level of high-density lipoproteins (HDL) are facilitated.
