The production equipment comprises a pretreatment system, an anaerobic fermentation tank, a desulfurization system, a deoxidation system, a decarbonization system, a dewatering system, a compression system and a waste heat utilization device, wherein after the biomass raw material is treated by the pretreatment system, the anaerobic fermentation tank, the desulfurization system, the deoxidation system, the decarbonization system, the dewatering system and the compression system, the compressed biological natural gas for the vehicle is output; and the waste heat utilization device is used for collecting the waste heat generated by the deoxidation system, the decarbonization system, the dewatering system or the compression system, and the collected waste heat is used for heating and insulating the anaerobic fermentation tank.
