Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: keeping a seedling bed at appropriate humiture, and applying an electric field 50-100KV and a magnetic field 500-4,000 gauss to seeds on the seedling bed for 10-60 minutes respectively; and when seedlings are 0-35 millimeters in height, applying an electric field 25-50KV and a magnetic field 500-4,000 gauss for 1-5 times respectively, every time for 5-30 minutes. Through experiments, magnetic and electric field induction parameters suitable for different plant seedlings are obtained. In the system, a heating tape is laid at the bottom of the seedling bed; a coil and a metal net or plate are arranged in a substrate on the seedling bed; seeds are spread on the substrate; another metal net or plate is arranged above a surface substrate; a metal meshed plate is connected with a direct current power supply generating electric field; the coil is connected with an alternating current power supply generating magnetic field; an intelligent control center is arranged; and a central processor is used for controlling the intensities of the magnetic and electric fields and the humiture of the seedling bed according to a command of a host.
