Abstract

The invention relates to special modified solvent-free epoxy paint glass reinforced plastic, which is prepared by mixing component A with component B proportionally. The component A comprises following raw materials which include, by weight, 50-65 parts of epoxy resin, 3-5 parts of reactive diluents, 3.5 parts of anti-settling agent, 0.5 part of dispersing agent, 0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.5 part of antifoaming agent, one part of silane coupling agent, 5 parts of mica powder, 10 parts of high-gloss barium and 5 parts of special preservative. The component B comprises 10 parts of modified amine hardener by weight. The special modified solvent-free epoxy paint glass reinforced plastic is composed of the component A and the component B which are mixed by proportion and can react and be solidified quickly when the paint is used, has excellent adhesion stress, tightness and mechanical property on metal or nonmetal substrates, fine corrosion resistance and high cathode stripping resistance, and is high in compression, compact and shearing resistance. Furthermore, the special modified solvent-free epoxy paint glass reinforced plastic is free of solvent and high in solid proportion, and belongs to nontoxic and environment-friendly paint.
