Problems solved by technology

However, since the material essence of leather is collagen (a protein with a special structure), there are still common problems that leather products are susceptible to microbial erosion and mold growth during storage and use.
[0004] At present, the antibacterial and antifungal materials used for leather products are mostly antibacterial and antifungal agents in other industrial fields. There are several key problems in their application in leather: 1) high toxicity; 2) poor combination with leather; 3) Antibacterial and anti-mildew cycle is short

Embodiment 1

[0027] Add 0.1 mole of six-arm branched intermediate, 0.8 mole of butanepolyamine, and 0.6 mole of guanidine hydrochloride into a reaction kettle equipped with a condenser and a deamination device, gradually heat it, and react at 110-130°C for 2 hours. Raise the temperature to 140°C for 2 hours, then cool to room temperature. Add 4 times of ethanol and stir to dissolve evenly. Dissolve 0.2 mol of vinyltrimethylsilane with 1 times of ethanol, then slowly add to the above solution, react at 18°C for 3h, and distill off the solvent under reduced pressure. Wash twice with methyl ethyl ketone and dry in vacuo.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Add 0.4 moles of four-arm branched intermediate, 1.2 moles of hexamethylene polyamine, and 0.8 moles of guanidine hydrochloride into a reaction kettle equipped with a condenser and a deamination device, gradually heat up, and react at 120°C for 2 hours, then 140°C React for 1h, react at 160°C for 2h, and then cool to room temperature. Add 5 times of methanol and stir to dissolve evenly. Dissolve 0.5 mol of vinyltris-(2-methoxyethoxy)silane with 1 times methanol, then slowly add to the above solution, react at 25° C. for 5 h, and distill off the solvent under reduced pressure. Wash twice with acetone and dry under vacuum.

Embodiment 3

[0031] 1.2 moles of three-arm branched intermediates, 2 moles of diaminodiphenylmethane, 4.5 moles of diethylenetriamine, 5.0 moles of guanidine hydrochloride are added to the reaction kettle equipped with condenser and deamination device, Gradually heated, reacted at 110°C for 2h, 130°C for 1h, 165°C for 1h, and then cooled to room temperature. Add 5 times of methanol and isophorone (2:1), stir and dissolve evenly. Dissolve 2.5 moles of γ-glycidylpropanetrimethylsilane in 1 times methanol and isophorone (2:1), slowly add to the above solution, react at 35°C for 6 hours, and distill off the solvent under reduced pressure. Wash 3 times with ethanol and dry under vacuum.

Abstract

The invention discloses a branched organosilicone poly-guanidine durable leather antibacterial agent and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial agent consists of an intermediate with a branched structure, polyamine, guanidine hydrochloride and low molecular organosiloxane, wherein the mole number of the intermediate with the branched structure is 0.1-1.2; the mole number of the polyamine is 0.3-8.0; the mole number of the guanidine hydrochloride is 0.5-5.0; and the mole number of the low molecular organosiloxane is 0.1-3.0. The antibacterial agent is obtained by undergoing a polyaddition reaction on the intermediate with the branched structure, polyamine, guanidine hydrochloride and low molecular organosiloxane. The antibacterial agent can be combined with leather, and has remarkable and durable sterilizing and moulding resisting effects in comparison to the conventional antibacterial agent. The antibacterial agent has biodegradability, is non-irritant to human bodies, and is a novel, safe and efficient leather antibacterial agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of branched organosilicon polyguanidine durable leather antibacterial agent and its preparation method, and in particular relates to a class of organosilicon polyguanidine durable leather antibacterial agent with branched structure and its preparation method. Background technique [0002] Leather is a natural material beneficial to human health and an irreplaceable high-quality biological resource. Due to the imitability of leather fiber structure, there is no synthetic material that can match leather products in terms of hygiene and comprehensive performance, and leather products will continue to have a huge consumer market. [0003] Leather is animal skin that undergoes a series of chemical and physical processes, especially through the tanning process that can form chemical cross-links inside the skin (collagen), and becomes comfortable with certain chemical and biological stability and can resist externa...
