[0038] 1. Change the 150 billion cfu / g of Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Lactobacillus bulgaricus from high concentration to low concentration and use diluted skim milk powder and corn starch as raw materials. The weight ratio of skimmed milk powder to cornstarch is 1:3-4:5. The two raw materials were mixed uniformly according to the above proportions to prepare the protected dilution raw materials.

[0039] 2. Three kinds of bacterial strains of Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus purchased from professional manufacturers with an activity of 150 billion cfu / g are respectively calculated according to (weight ratio) 10-35%, 10-35% 50% and 20-40% are mixed at -5°C to 15°C and thoroughly mixed to obtain 150 billion cfu / g of Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Lactobacillus bulgaricus powder mixture.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a diet therapy product with a function of regulating an in-vivo micro-ecological environment. Bifidobacterium bifidum, lactobacillus acidophilus and lactobacillus bulgaricus are combined in a compatible way and then are compatible with water-soluble dietary fiber natural inulin to prepare a capsule preparation by using an enteric capsule as a shell. The diet therapy product comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5 to 40 percent of the bifidobacterium bifidum (1 to 50 billion cfu/g), 5 to 20 percent of the lactobacillus acidophilus (1 to 50 billion cfu/g), 5 to 20 percent of the lactobacillus bulgaricus (1 to 50 billion cfu/g), 10 to 35 percent of the inulin, 30 to 50 percent of skimmed milk powder and 10 to 50 percent of corn starch. The preparation method comprises a diluting method for 150 billion cfu/g strain powder in the raw materials. The functional food preparation can effectively play roles in regulating the balance of gastrointestinal floras and regulating the in-vivo micro-ecological environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of functional food or health products, in particular to a method for preparing a dietotherapy product for regulating the micro-ecological environment in the body, which is prepared from probiotics and dietary fiber as raw materials. Background technique [0002] There is an invisible microenvironment in nature, which is microorganisms. In the microenvironment, humans and microorganisms form an interdependent and mutually restrictive relationship. This invisible ecosystem is called microecology. Therefore, there are also probiotics. The international nutrition community defines probiotics as: active microorganisms that exert physiological effects by improving the balance of the host's intestinal microbial flora. [0003] Some data show that: in 200 BC, countries such as ancient Egypt and Greece had fermented food made of lactic acid bacteria. In 1008 AD, the world's first yogurt workshop appeared in Germany. In the...
