Abstract

The invention discloses a double-faced water-cooling heat radiator of a converter, which is used for cooling a power module of the converter. The double-faced water-cooling heat radiator is characterized in that: the power modules are fixedly arranged at the both sides of the heat radiator; the heat radiator comprises an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate, which are sealed by soldering. Water outlet channels are manufactured on the inner surfaces of the cover plates. Main water channels are correspondingly arranged below the power modules. A plurality of the main water channels are connected in series or in parallel through connecting water channels, so that requirements of the water pressure drop and the flow speed as a whole are met. The connecting water channels can be flexibly designed to avoid mounting positions of the power modules. The double-faced water-cooling heat radiator disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low heat resistance, low cost, balanced radiation effect, thin thickness, light weight, flexible design, low production difficulty and the like.
