A preparation method of the novel environment-friendly resinous varnish comprises the following steps of: putting the 2116 resin and the soybean oil into a reaction kettle; when the temperature rises to 160+ / - 5 DEG C, keeping the temperature for half an hour; starting to add the cobalt slowly; and stirring uniformly and taking the mixture out of the kettle.
