The preparation method is characterized by adopting NiCr alloys as conducting particles and comprises the following steps of: (1) selecting the substrate, and preparing the transition layer on the substrate by a metal target DC magnetron sputtering method; (2) preparing the infrared reflecting layer on the transition layer by the metal target DC magnetron sputtering method, wherein the metal target is a pure metal Cu or Al target; (3) preparing the absorbing layer on the infrared reflecting layer by the NiCr alloy target DC magnetron sputtering method; and (4) preparing the antireflection layer on the absorbing layer by the metal target DC magnetron sputtering method.
