The invention also discloses a mechanical alloying preparation method of the amorphous powder and an aluminium base bulk amorphous alloy obtained by adopting a powder consolidation forming method while the amorphous powder is utilized. A carbon element material with high thermal stability is doped, and reasonable composition proportion is adopted, thus thermal stability of the amorphous alloy is unprecedentedly improved, glass transition temperature and initial crystallization temperature are respectively adjusted and increased to 945K and 1063K, and an enhancement effect is obvious. The preparation method has a simple process and low cost, the prepared bulk amorphous alloy can guarantee performances of bulky amorphous alloys, and reliable technological parameters are provided for industrial production of the aluminium base amorphous alloy in future.
