Problems solved by technology

This patent can inhibit the growth of marine algal organisms and the occurrence of ocean red tides, but it cannot treat sewage with high organic content in water bodies such as rivers and lakes
[0004] Therefore, there is currently no technical method suitable for localized and staged pollution of lakes and other water bodies.

Embodiment 1

[0027] Embodiment 1: low concentration sewage treatment

[0028] When the sewage concentration of the polluted water body is small, the sewage is mainly treated by SBR to meet the requirements. The specific operation is as follows:

[0029] 1) Water into the system

[0030] Open the water inlet valve 12, close the water inlet valve 13, and the PCL control box 11 controls the water inlet pump 8 to pump the polluted water into the SBR water treatment device 2. When the sewage reaches the effective treatment depth of the SBR water treatment device 2, the PLC control Tank 11 is automatically controlled by liquid level gauge 19 to stop water intake.

[0031] 2) Sewage treatment

[0032] The PLC control box 11 controls the air compressor 4 to aerate the sewage in the SBR water treatment device 2 through the aeration device 3 . Aeration and agitation make the sewage and activated sludge fully mix and react, and the pollutants can be removed by microbial degradation. The general...

Embodiment 2

[0040] Embodiment 2: High-concentration sewage treatment process

[0041] When the sewage concentration of the polluted water body is relatively high, the sewage is treated in an anaerobic + aerobic manner, and the specific operations are as follows:

[0042] 1) Water into the system

[0043] Open the water inlet valve 13, close the water inlet valve 12, and control the water inlet pump 8 by the PCL control box 11 to pump the polluted water into the anaerobic pool 5, and stop the water intake when the sewage reaches the effective treatment depth of the anaerobic pool 5.

[0044] 2) Anaerobic treatment of sewage

[0045] In the anaerobic tank 5, under the action of anaerobic hydrolysis microorganisms and acidification microorganisms, the organic matter in the sewage is initially anaerobically degraded. On the other hand, it also reduces the concentration of organic matter and reduces the organic load of subsequent aerobic treatment. The residence time of the sewage in the an...

Abstract

The invention discloses a boat type sewage treatment system based on a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process. The boat type sewage treatment system consists of four subsystems including a movement subsystem (a boat body and a contraction wheel), a sewage treatment subsystem (an SBR water treatment device, an anaerobic pool, a water inlet pump, a reflux pump, a sludge discharge pump and an aeration pump), a motive power subsystem (an electric cabinet and a generator) and a control subsystem (a programmable logic controller (PLC) control box, a water inlet valve, a reflux valve and a water discharge valve). When water bodies are locally polluted, the sewage treatment system can be conveniently moved to the pollution region, and sewage can be fast and effectively treated. The method has the advantages that the local and paroxysmal pollution of the water bodies can be eliminated, the water quality of the water bodies is improved, and important practical significances and wide application prospects are realized for maintaining the long-period stability of the water quality of the water bodies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, and more specifically relates to a sewage treatment system based on the SBR process. Background technique [0002] At present, most rivers and lakes have implemented sewage interception projects, but there are still sudden pollution, point source pollution, and localized regional pollution in rivers and lakes, which greatly affect the water quality and landscape effect. For these localized and staged pollutions, relying on landscape water treatment restoration methods takes a long time and has poor effects. It is unreasonable in theory and unfeasible in engineering to build a sewage treatment plant to deal with these uncertain point source pollution. Therefore, the localized and small area pollution treatment of rivers, lakes and other water bodies has always been a difficult problem to solve. [0003] It is a good solution to establish a mobile sewage treatment device suitable for wat...
