A preparation method of the cleaning solution comprises the following steps of: putting lightyellow sophora root, amur corktree bark, natural indigo, borax, weeping forsythia, wild pepper, baikal skullcap root, black nightshade herb, selinum japenious seed, densefruit pittany root-bark and belvedere fruit in the raw materials into a container; adding water; heating to a boiling state; decocting with soft fire for 50-60 minutes; filtering a decoction; and cooling to the room temperature, adding borneol and chlorhexidine, dissolving, and mixing uniformly to obtain the gynecological cleaning solution. The cleaning solution has the effects of resisting bacteria, sterilizing, reducing inflammation and clearing away heat and toxic materials, has remarkable treatment effects on gynecological diseases, particularly gynecological inflammations; and recurrence after treatment is prevented.
