Abstract

The chromatographic column preparation and the experiment method for elution waste liquid regeneration in the organic separation experiment are characterized in that a first elution waste solution and a second elution waste solution generated in the in the chromatographic column preparation and the organic separation experiment are regenerated by a constant pressure oil bath distillation method.
