Embodiment 1

[0036]Take 4.0L of anaerobic fermentation broth with a succinic acid concentration of 37.6g / L, and centrifuge to remove bacteria and large particle suspensions in a centrifuge. The centrifuged supernatant obtained was evaporated to 3.2 L of water (concentrated 5 times) at a temperature of 80°C and a pressure of 0.04 Mpa. Centrifuge the denatured protein in a centrifuge to obtain 0.7 L of distilled liquid, wash the denatured protein with 0.014 L of deionized water to remove a small amount of succinic acid adsorbed, and combine water for washing the denatured protein with the distilled liquid to form 0.71 L of concentrated liquid. Add 0.014Kg of activated carbon to the above-mentioned concentrated liquid, and decolorize and remove impurities for 30 minutes at a temperature of 20°C. Remove the activated carbon by filtration, and add 0.04 L of deionized water to rinse the activated carbon. After washing, the deionized water and the decolorized, impurity-removed and filtered liquid...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for separating high-purity succinic acid from a fermentation broth, comprising the following steps of: removing thalline from a succinic acid fermentation broth, condensing, centrifuging, adding active carbon to remove impurities, crystallizing under an acidic condition, filtering, and drying to obtain high-purity succinic acid. The invention is superior to the prior art in the following aspects: the combination of protein denaturation and dehydration is realized through distillation, the denatured protein can be removed from a concentrate in a simple way, microfiltration and ultrafiltration units are saved, the technological flow is simplified, the equipment investment cost is reduced, and there exist no discharge of microfilt membrane-washing wastewater after washing of microfiltration and ultrafilter membranes.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biochemical separation, and in particular relates to a method for separating high-purity succinic acid from fermentation broth. 2. Background technology [0002] Succinic acid, also known as succinic acid, is one of the most important organic dibasic acids in C4 platform compounds, and can be widely used in polyester, rubber, pharmaceutical, food industry, protective coatings, dyes and other fine in the chemical industry. At present, the synthesis of succinic acid mainly adopts the chemical electrolysis method of butane via maleic anhydride. This method is polluting and costly, which seriously hinders the large-scale production of succinic acid. Compared with the chemical electrolysis method, the preparation of succinic acid by the biological fermentation method has the characteristics of using cheap renewable resources as raw materials and fixing the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide to achieve emission reduction....
