[0020] The invention uses polyethyleneimine (PEI) and graphene oxide as raw materials to prepare a graphene composite through reaction in an inert environment. In the present invention, it is preferable to use carboxylated graphene or graphene oxide, because simple graphene is very easy to agglomerate, and the yield of the reaction is extremely low. Carboxylated graphene contains a large number of carboxyl groups, and graphene oxide contains many active functional groups such as epoxy bonds, which can promote the reaction. The preparation method of Graphene-polyethyleneimine of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0021] i prepare polyethyleneimine aqueous solution, concentration is controlled at 1%;

[0022] ii Mix the configured polyethyleneimine aqueous solution and graphene oxide in a beaker according to 1:1;

[0023] Ⅲ place the beaker in an ultrasonic device, and ultrasonicate for 10 minutes;

[0024] ⅳAdd the prepared EDC solution (1-ethyl-(3-dimeth...

Embodiment 1

[0034] Embodiment 1——Preparation of graphene oxide-polyethyleneimine composite

[0035] 8ml of 1mg / ml polyethyleneimine solution was added to 2ml of 2mg / ml carboxylated graphene solution, placed in an ultrasonic device, after ultrasonication for 10min, 2ml of EDC solution with a concentration of about 4mmol / l was added, and placed again In an ultrasonic device, ultrasonic for 10 minutes, the temperature was stabilized at 20°C, and stood in a vacuum environment for 24 hours.

[0036] It was tested that the yield of the complex prepared by the above method was 90%, and there were many impurities in the mixed solution, which was difficult to purify.

Embodiment 2

[0037] Embodiment 2——Preparation of graphene oxide-polyethyleneimine composite

[0038] Add 4ml of 1mg / ml polyethyleneimine solution to 2ml of 2mg / ml carboxylated graphene solution, place in an ultrasonic device, after ultrasonic for 10min, add 0.5ml of EDC solution with a concentration of about 4mmol / l, Put it in the ultrasonic device again, ultrasonic for 10min, the temperature is stabilized at 20°C, and stand in a vacuum environment for 24h.

[0039] After testing, the yield of the compound prepared by the above method is 85%

Abstract

The invention relates to a product prepared through a chemical reaction between graphene oxide and polyethyleneimine (PEI) polymer and to a preparation method. The obtained product is graphene oxide-polyethyleneimine composite; experiment raw materials are graphene oxide and PEI, wherein graphene oxide is a product prepared through chemical oxidation and can be oxidized graphene or carboxylated graphene, and the graphene oxide contains active groups like hydroxyl groups, carboxyl groups and oxygen-containing functional groups, which is beneficial for formation of the composite product. The invention also provides a preparation method for a graphene oxide-polyethyleneimine composite. The composite prepared in experiments has an obvious fold structure; thus, it is proved that the composite product has a specific surface area greater than the specific surface area of graphene and has more adsorption sites, so the composite product can be used for absorbing gas like CO2 and NH3 in flue gas.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a compound based on graphene oxide, which belongs to the field of chemical technology synthesis. Background technique [0002] Since graphene was discovered by the research group of the University of Manchester (Geim, A.K. et al. science. 306, 666 (2004)) in 2004, it has attracted extensive attention of scientists and scholars. [0003] Graphene is a monoatomic layer of graphite, and the carbon atoms in graphene are sp 2 Connected by hybridization, the structural unit is a stable and symmetrical hexagonal honeycomb. It is precisely because of such a unique structural form that graphene has excellent physical and chemical properties. First, graphene has excellent electrochemical properties. The electron transfer rate of graphene material is the fastest among known materials, which can reach 1 / 300 of the speed of light. This characteristic of graphene is mainly used in sensors. In the direction of elect...
