Abstract

Hydroxyl-containing water-based polyacrylate dispersoid with a high hydroxyl value is applied to the water-based finish paint, and paint film of the water-based finish paint has high crosslinking density and strength, so that the paint film of the water-based finish paint has good adhesion, and the hardness, scratch resistance, heat resistance, water resistance and chemicals resistance of the paint film of the water-based finish paint are greatly improved; in addition, since hydroxy acrylic emulsion with high hydroxyl value and high TG is added to the main material, the paint film of the water-based finish paint has good adhesion to the polyurethane foam material, the problem that the water-based paint for woodware is difficultly adhered to the polyurethane foam material is solved, the release performance of solvents is good in the construction process, the paint can be dried quickly, and the construction efficiency is improved. According to the water-based finish paint, dibutyltin dilaurate (10% DBTL solution) is used as a water-based drier and the drying speed of the paint film of the paint is improved remarkably in the construction process.
