Abstract

The invention discloses a lubricant with additives and a preparation method thereof. The lubricant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of lubricant, 27 to 49 parts of anti-abrasion oil, and 0.3 to 1.1 parts of self-repairing nano brass alloy. The preparation method comprises the following steps: filling the 30 to 50 parts of lubricant and the 27 to 49 parts of anti-abrasion oil into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 1 to 3 hours; when temperature in the reaction kettle reaches 45-55 DEG C, adding the 0.3 to 1.1 parts of self-repairing nano brass alloy, and stirring for over 1 hour; melting and cooling the raw materials, and detecting by a rattling machine; and filling and packaging the qualified solution in a filling machine to form the product. The product has self-lubrication and self- repairing characteristics, so that the surface abrasion of a metal part can be greatly reduced, and medium-light abrasion of an abraded surface of an engine part can be repaired.
