Problems solved by technology

[0003] Because the crotonaldehyde molecule has a carbon-carbon double bond, it can polymerize with functional monomers and cross-linking agents, so conventional molecular imprinting methods cannot prepare molecularly imprinted polymers of crotonaldehyde
There is no report on the selective reduction of crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke

[0018] Choose n-butyraldehyde as the template molecule, the functional monomer is α-methacrylic acid (MAA), 2-vinylpyridine (2-VP), 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP) or acrylamide (AM) One, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the crosslinking agent, azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as the initiator; weigh 1 mmol of n-butyraldehyde, then add the specified amount and Specified types of functional monomers, then oscillated at 25°C for 3 hours to allow the imprinted molecules to fully interact with the functional monomers, then add the specified amount of EDGMA and different amounts of AIBN as shown in Table 1, mix well, and transfer to 50mL Glass ampoules, thru N 2 Deoxidize for 5-10 minutes, then seal it under anaerobic conditions and place it in a constant temperature shaker at 60 °C for 24 hours. The obtained solid polymer was pulverized, ground, and passed through a 60-mesh sieve. Then use 1:9 (v / v) glacial acetic acid-methanol solution for Soxhlet extraction until there are no im...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an adsorbing agent capable of selectively lowering crotonaldehyde content in cigarette smoke. The preparation method adopts n-butanal as a fake template, adopts alpha-methacrylic acid, acrylamide, 2-vinylpyridine or 4-vinylpyridine as a functional monomer, adopts methanol as porogen solvent, adopts ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylic ester as cross-linking agent, and adopts mass polymerization to synthetize the adsorbing agent. When the adsorbing agent is applied to composite plugs, the additive amount can be randomly adjusted according to requirements. When the additive amount is 10mg per plug, compared with a comparison sample, reduction rate of the crotonaldehyde in smoke is 20.3%; and compared with tar, the relative reduction rate of the crotonaldehyde in smoke is 6.9%. When the additive amount is 2mg per plug, compared with a comparison sample, reduction rate of the crotonaldehyde in smoke is 31.0%; and compared with tar, the relative reduction rate of the crotonaldehyde in smoke is 10.7%. The effect of selectively reducing crotonaldehyde is very obvious, and the method can be used for cigarette production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette material preparation, and in particular relates to a preparation method of an adsorbent capable of selectively reducing the content of crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke. Background technique [0002] The smoke produced by burning cigarettes contains carbon monoxide, crotonaldehyde and other harmful components. Among them, crotonaldehyde is more toxic than similar saturated aldehydes and has a strong stimulating effect on the conjunctiva and upper respiratory tract mucosa. Long-term exposure can cause chronic rhinitis, Nervous system dysfunction can cause conjunctivitis, corneal damage, etc., which is not conducive to human health. Therefore, selectively reducing the content of crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke (relative to the content of tar) is of great significance to cigarette manufacturers. [0003] Because crotonaldehyde molecules have carbon-carbon double bonds and can polymerize with fun...
