The foaming agent comprises the following components, by weight: 5-8 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 1-3 parts of sodium alcohol ether sulphate, 2-5 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 3-6 parts of fatty alcohol ammonium sulfate, 1-2 parts of polyacrylamide, 1-2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-3 parts of xanthan gum, 0.5-2 parts of modified carbon foam powder and 80-100 parts of water. The foaming agent provided by the invention has high foaming capacity and strong foam stability; and the produced foam has surface adsorption film with high strength, and the foaming agent has advantages of good temperature adaptability, biodegradability, no toxicity or corrosion, low cost and easiness for usage.
