Problems solved by technology

This method has obvious deficiencies: 1) The existence of the rotor time constant makes it take a while for the rotor flux to rise to the rated value, thus affecting the torque response speed of the motor; 2) Since the stator excitation current command becomes the rated value, then After the system reaches a steady state, the process of optimizing efficiency again will become longer; 3) The efficiency optimization during the dynamic change process of the motor is not considered

Abstract

The invention discloses a two-motor variable-frequency speed control system considering efficiency optimization and a decoupling control method thereof. The system comprises a two-motor variable-frequency speed control system body and a least squares support vector machine (LSSVM) inverse system which are connected in series to form a pseudo-linear compound system. The LSSVM inverse system and a closed loop controller jointly form an LSSVM inverse controller. The decoupling control method comprises the steps of building a mathematical model of the two-motor variable-frequency speed control system body considering motor rotor magnetic linkage and performing reversibility analysis; designing the LSSVM inverse system consisting of an LSSVM and an integrator and using the LSSVM inverse system as a feedforward controller to be connected with an original system in series to obtain the pseudo-linear compound system and achieve approximate linearity and decoupling of the two-motor variable-frequency speed control system body; using a proportion integration differentiation (PID) controller as an additional controller to achieve closed loop control; and adopting rotor magnetic linkage optimization based on a motor loss model to achieve decoupling control of the two-motor variable-frequency speed control system considering efficiency optimization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a two-motor frequency conversion speed regulation system with efficiency optimization in mind, and a decoupling control method thereof, which is suitable for the technical field of electric drive control equipment. Background technique [0002] The two-motor frequency conversion speed regulation system composed of two inverters driving two induction motors adopts the vector control mode and has been widely used in industrial production. Its operating performance and efficiency have a very important impact on industrial production. [0003] The two-motor frequency conversion speed control system is a typical multi-input multi-output, nonlinear, and strongly coupled complex system. The tension of the system is formed by the difference between the rotational speeds of the two induction motors. In modern industrial fields such as papermaking, textiles, and building materials, multi-motor frequency conversion speed regulation system...
