Abstract

The invention provides a multifunctional spent fuel transportation rack of a nuclear power plant. The multifunctional spent fuel transportation rack comprises a rack body, a discharging and cooling module and an electric control module, wherein the rack body comprises a rack water body branch, a rack gas branch and a gas-water separation and gas filter discharging branch; the discharging and cooling module comprises a cooling trolley, and a cooler, a cooling water branch and a gas branch loaded on the cooling trolley; and the electric control module is used for controlling various working states of the rack body and the discharging and cooling module. The invention further provides a discharging and cooling method. With the adoption of the multifunctional spent fuel transportation rack of the nuclear power plane provided by the invention, the functional requirements in a fuel transporting and discharging process can be met; module design and device multiplexing can be realized through the components; the simplicity of assembling and the convenience in dismounting can be realized; the equipment size and the manufacturing cost can be reduced; and no pollution gas or liquid is discharged to an external condition in an equipment operation process.
