For the milk powder provided by the invention, the conversion of the tryptophan to the 5-hydroxytryptamine is improved by controlling the proportion of the tryptophan and the macromolecular neutral amino acid through the synergistic interaction of the banana powder, the vitamin B6, magnesium and the tryptophan, and the vitamin B6 can increase the GAD (Glutamic Acid Decarboxylase) activity, thus, the sleep-conducive property of the tryptophan is improved without being restricted to the amount of the tryptophan.
