Two parallel computing branch circuits are adopted to finish operation of three-way signals, wherein one branch circuit finishes the operation of two-way signals in a time-phased working way, and the other branch circuit finishes the operation of the other way signal; the signal generator comprises a time sequence control unit, a data selection unit, a data storage unit and two floating point quantity computing units; the two floating point quantity computing units are formed into two parallel computing branch circuits; the signal generator provides state control signals for a unit module; each floating point quantity computing unit is provided with a data distribution unit, a floating point quantity adder, a floating point quantity multiplier and a memory unit with data distribution functions.
