Problems solved by technology

Among the currently mainly used textile sizing materials, starch sizing and PVA sizing are mostly used. Starch or modified starch sizing is the first type of textile sizing that is used in a large amount. It has a certain effect on hydrophilic natural fibers. Good adhesion, but poor adhesion to synthetic fibers; PVA, as a polymer synthetic slurry, has the characteristics of toughness of the size film and good wear resistance, but it takes a long time to cook the pulp and is easy to skin. The adhesion of hydrophobic fibers is not enough, and it is not easy to degrade after desizing and discharge, causing environmental pollution

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel textile size and a preparation method of the novel textile size. The novel textile size comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of methyl acrylate, 5-8 parts of butyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of acrylic acid, 3-6 parts of methyl methacrylate, 20-30 parts of isopropyl alcohol, 4-6 parts of sulfuric acid, 3-5 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 0.1-0.3 parts of hydroxymethyl cellulose and 60-80 parts of water. Compared with the prior art, the novel textile size and the preparation method have the following beneficial effects that (1), the novel textile size has excellent affinity and permeability to hydrophobic fibers; (2), the novel textile size has stronger adhesive power to fibers; (3); the novel textile size has excellent film forming characteristic and can increase the wearing resistance of warp yarn; (4), the solubility is excellent and the textile is easy to de-size; and (5), the wrap yarn breakage rate of a weaving machine can be reduced and the noil and size shedding size shedding of a fabric machine are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of textile technology, and more specifically relates to a novel textile slurry and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Warp sizing agent, referred to as sizing agent, plays a key role in the sizing and weaving process. The adhesion of hydrophobic fibers is not enough, and it is not easy to degrade after desizing and discharge, causing environmental pollution. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose o...
