Abstract

A microbiological strain solution used in the straw feed comprises 2.0*10<8>pfu / ml of white-rot fungi, 2.0*10<12>pfu / ml of lactobacillus acidophilus, 2.0*10<8>pfu / ml of trichoderma viride, 3.0*10<11>pfu / ml of bacillus subtilis and 5.0*10<12>pfu / ml of candida utilis according to the activity amount. The straw feed comprises the following components in parts by weight of 1.5-2kg of urea, 0.5kg of brown sugar, 0.1-0.2kg of composite trace elements and 0.02-0.06kg of composite vitamins in the terms of 100kg of straws; the microbiological strain solution is prepared according to the proportion that 0.05-0.15L of a substrate is fermented by 100kg of the microbiological strain solution; the urea, the brown sugar, the composite trace elements and the microbiological strain solution are mixed to prepare a feed liquid; the feed liquid is uniformly sprayed on the straws; and the straws are compressed into cube blocks of 50*50*80, and the cube blocks are sealed by using black plastic films, stacked and fermented for 30days to obtain the straw feed.
