The spatial tetrahedron structures of SiO2 and Al2O3 are utilized and an appropriate surface modifier is used to externally extend the spatial tetrahedron structures of SiO2 and Al2O3; and the spatial tetrahedron structures of SiO2 and Al2O3 are compounded with an organic system which is formed by epoxy resin and a curing agent under the conditions of a certain molding technology, and therefore the spatial honeycomb-hole-shaped structure of a composite material of pulverized coal ash and resin is formed.
