The scratch-proof optics diffusion film comprises a transparent sheet-shaped optics substrate, an optics diffusion layer and a diffusion bonding-proof layer; the diffusion layer and the diffusion bonding-proof layer are formed on two sides of the transparent sheet-shaped optics substrate; the optics diffusion layer is formed by coating and fixing coating liquid on one surface of the transparent sheet-shaped optics substrate, and a film is formed through drying and solidifying, wherein the coating liquid is formed by mixing binding agents, diffusion granules, cross-linking agents, dispersing agents and diluents; and the diffusion bonding-proof layer is formed by coating and fixing coating liquid on the other surface of the transparent sheet-shaped optics substrate, and a film is formed through drying and solidifying, wherein the coating liquid is formed by mixing the bonding agents, the diffusion granules, antistatic agents, the cross-linking agents and the diluents. According to the scratch-proof optics diffusion film and the preparation method thereof, diffusion granules different in diameter are used, a synergistic effect of diffusion granules identical in diameter is utilized, diluent different in volatility is used, proper film-coating and drying processes are adopted, so that coordination of transmittance and haze of the scratch-proof optics diffusion film is increased, and obtained coating films are good in coordination of rigidity, transparency and scratch-proof performance, and have adequate optics diffusivity and good coordination of transmittance of haze.
