Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of an acetabulum navigation template. The production method comprises building a three-dimensional model of a pelvis according to computed tomography scanning data of the pelvis; extracting surface point clouds of an acetabulum in the three-dimensional model; fitting the surface point clouds to an optimal sphere and enabling a sphere centre coordinate to be a rotation center coordinate of the acetabulum; utilizing a triangle function relation and the rotation center coordinate of the acetabulum to calculate to obtain a direction vector of a navigation tube in the acetabulum navigation template; and utilizing a rapid prototyping technology to produce an entity of the acetabulum navigation template. The production method of the acetabulum navigation template has the advantages of enabling the acetabulum navigation template entity which is highly matched with acetabulum fossa ovalis of patients to be produced; enabling physicians to perform planning and simulation according to actual conditions of skeletons of the patients before operation; enabling a convenient contact to be established between a preoperative plan and intraoperative operation; and providing a new method and an effective auxiliary means for accurate implantation of acetabular cup prosthesis in artificial hip replacement.
