Abstract

The method includes: using a high-speed data acquisition channel to acquire density information, applying hormone regulation algorithm of endocrine system to the parameter control for a PID (proportion integration differentiation) controller and the ultrashort feedback control, and using a pulse inflating mechanism to inflate a plasma chamber. The hormone regulation algorithm of endocrine system is applied to adjusting three control parameters, namely proportional gain, integration time and derivative time, of the PID controller, and accordingly controlling is higher in timeliness and robustness. The ultrashort feedback control is achieved by the ultrashort feedback mechanism of the neural endocrine system according to the change rate of PID control signals, so that control deviation is reduced to zero faster and system rapidity and stability are further increased.
