After the water is evaporated, the water-soluble solid organic matters can conglutinate grains of the sand soil, and when the water-soluble solid organic matters meet the water, the solid organic matters can again dissolve in the water to form the solution having the caking property and adhesivity, and the grains of the sand soil are conglutinated. Through use of the modified sandy soil, interaction relationship among the grains of the sand soil can be fundamentally changed, and a grain-pore structure having bonding force (cohesive force) is formed. Trees can be directly planted in the modified sandy soil.
