Polyether polyol, isocyanate, MDI (diphenyl methane diisocyanate), a polyurethane vulcanizing agent, a plasticizer, padding and pigments are taken as the main raw materials for preparing the polyurethane plastic. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a polyurethane prepolymer through reaction of polyether polyol and liquefied MDI under the condition of vacuum dewatering; then adding a chain extender, after heating and vacuum degassing, adding the plasticizer, the padding, an antiager, and the pigments, and preparing the polyurethane plastic through stirring and grinding.
