Problems solved by technology

This method has the following disadvantages: 1. Uneven degumming, rough raw silk and poor luster; 2. A large amount of alkaline sewage is produced, which seriously pollutes the environment; 3. Sericin protein hydrolyzate cannot be recycled because it is mixed with various chemical reagents
[0007] To sum up, the method of degumming and relaxing tussah silkworm cocoons in the prior art is generally understood by those skilled in the art to be carried out in an alkaline environment, so the problem that arises——environmental pollution

Embodiment 1

[0017] Example 1: Soak 50kg tussah cocoon shells in 1500kg water for 15 hours, heat to 98°C for 2 hours. Cool down to 45-50°C, add 3kg of 2709 alkaline protease, keep warm for 10h, add 2kg of enzyme and continue to keep warm until 28h to stop degumming. Wash and line dry. The gum content of raw silk is 2.8%.

Embodiment 2

[0018] Example 2: Soak 50kg of tussah cocoon shells in 1000kg of water for 20 hours, heat to 95°C for 3 hours. Cool down to 50-55°C, add 2kg of 2709 alkaline protease and trypsin compound enzyme (2709 alkaline protease: trypsin = 3:1), keep warm for 5h, add 2kg of enzyme for the second time and continue to keep warm for 10h, add the third time Enzyme 2kg continued to incubate until 20h, terminated degumming. Wash and line dry. The gum content of raw silk is 1.8%.

Embodiment 3

[0019] Example 3: Soak 50 kg of tussah cocoon shells in 2000 kg of water for 24 hours, heat to 100° C. for 2 hours. Cool down to 45-50°C, add 10 kg of trypsin, keep warm for 24 hours, and stop degumming. Wash and line dry. The gum content of raw silk is 1.9%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for purely-neutral enzyme-degumming and reelability of tussah cocoons. The method comprises the following steps of 1, pre-treatment in a neutral environment: immersing tussah cocoon shells in clear water of which the weight is 10-50 times weight of the tussah cocoon shells for 12-24h, carrying out heating to a temperature of 90-100 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation for 1-4h, and 2, enzyme treatment: carrying out cooling to a temperature of 45-60 DEG C, adding 2079 alkaline protease and/or trypsin, wherein the weight of the 2079 alkaline protease and/or trypsin is 5-20% of that of the tussah cocoon shells, and carrying out heat preservation until raw silk degum content is less than or equal to 3%. The method abandons the existing alkaline degumming technology or other chemical technologies, does not use any chemical reagents, does not produce alkaline waste water, improves an alkaline biological enzyme method, and realizes thorough neutral degumming. The sericin hydrolysate obtained by the method can be recovered and used for foods, health products, cosmetics, forage or organic fertilizer. The method realizes zero discharge and is a purely-neutral, green and environmentally-friendly production technology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pure neutral enzymatic degumming and unwinding method of tussah silkworm cocoons, belonging to the fields of enzyme engineering and textile engineering. Background technique [0002] Tussah shells are mainly composed of sericin and silk fibroin, and silk fibroin is used in silk production. The first step in silk production is to remove sericin. The traditional degumming of tussah silkworm cocoons mostly adopts the soap-alkali method, which uses chemical reagents such as sodium carbonate and sodium silicate to promote the swelling and hydrolysis of sericin protein through high pH, so as to realize the removal of sericin. This method has the following disadvantages: 1. Uneven degumming, rough raw silk and poor luster; 2. A large amount of alkaline sewage is produced, which seriously pollutes the environment; 3. The sericin protein hydrolyzate cannot be recycled because it is mixed with various chemical reagents. [0003] Th...
