Abstract

The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of: mixing 1-10 parts by weight of foaming agent and a part of 50-120 parts by weight of plasticizer, wherein the mass ratio of the foaming agent to the plasticizer is 1:(1-3); grinding the mixture into slurry by grinding equipment, dispersing the slurry in the rest of plasticizer and 0.5-5 parts by weight of stabilizer, then, adding 100 parts by weight of PVC resin, mixing, plastifying the obtained mixture at 160-210 DEG C and foaming for 1-5 min, thus obtaining the breathable artificial PVC leather having the micropore structure. Pores in the artificial PVC leather obtained by the foaming process are fine; the aperture is 1-500 mum; in addition, the artificial PVC leather has a certain number of perforated structures.
