Problems solved by technology

The above extraction methods are all carried out in ethanol or an acidic solution of ethanol, not only the extraction efficiency is poor, but also time-consuming
[0005] At present, the research on mangosteen shells is limited to traditional Chinese medicine and food coloring, and there is no report on the preparation method and application process of natural dyes from mangosteen shells.

Embodiment 1

[0022] Wash the mangosteen shell, dry it in the air, and crush it mechanically. Weigh 1 kg of the crushed mangosteen shell and add it to 10 kg of ethanol aqueous solution containing sodium hydroxide, and extract at 90°C for 30 minutes to obtain the extract. Wherein, the mass percent concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution is 20%, and every kilogram of ethanol aqueous solution contains 0.5 grams of sodium hydroxide. Then, the extract is filtered and concentrated to 5 kg by distillation under reduced pressure to obtain the concentrated natural dye of mangosteen shell.

Embodiment 2

[0024] Wash the mangosteen shell, dry it in the air, and crush it mechanically. Weigh 1 kg of the crushed mangosteen shell and add it to 20 kg of ethanol aqueous solution containing sodium hydroxide, and extract at 75°C for 70 minutes to obtain the extract. Wherein, the mass percent concentration of ethanol aqueous solution is 30%, and every kilogram of ethanol aqueous solution contains 1 gram of sodium hydroxide. Then the extract was filtered and concentrated to 5 kg by distillation under reduced pressure to obtain the concentrated mangosteen husk natural dye.

Embodiment 3

[0026] Wash the mangosteen shell, dry it in the air, and crush it mechanically. Weigh 1 kg of the crushed mangosteen shell and add it to 30 kg of ethanol aqueous solution containing sodium hydroxide, and extract at 60°C for 120 minutes to obtain the extract. Wherein, the mass percent concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution is 40%, and every kilogram of ethanol aqueous solution contains 1.5 grams of sodium hydroxide. Then the extract was filtered and concentrated to 5 kg by distillation under reduced pressure to obtain the concentrated mangosteen husk natural dye.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a mangosteen shell natural dye, application and a staining method thereof. The preparation method of the mangosteen shell dye includes: subjecting a mangosteen shell to washing, air drying and mechanical crushing, then adding the crushed mangosteen shell into an ethanol water solution containing sodium hydroxide, performing reflux extraction at 60-90DEG C for 0.5-2h to obtain an extracted solution, then carrying out filtration and reduced pressure distillation on the extracted solution so as to obtain the concentrated mangosteen shell natural dye. For the ethanol water solution, the mass content of ethanol is 20-40%, per kilogram of the ethanol water solution contains 0.5-1.5g of sodium hydroxide, the crushed mangosteen shell and the ethanol water solution are in a mass ratio of 1:10-30, and the mass of the concentrated mangosteen shell natural dye accounts for 1/6 to 1/2 of the mass of the ethanol water solution. The extraction process of the mangosteen shell natural dye involved in the invention causes no environmental pollution. A dyed fabric has soft color and good color fastness, is safe to wear, does not have carcinogenic and teratogenic effects or cause allergic reaction. With good ecological environmental compatibility, the mangosteen shell natural dye is biodegradable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to natural dyes and applications thereof, in particular to a preparation method of mangosteen shell natural dyes and the application as a dyeing agent for protein fiber fabrics. Background technique [0002] Natural dyes are mainly extracted from plant rhizomes, fruit shells, etc., which have good compatibility with the ecological environment and can be biodegraded. Some natural plant dyes come from Chinese herbal medicines. Besides dyeing, they also have the function of medicine and health care. Therefore, natural dyes have broad application prospects in the fields of high-grade real silk products, home textile products and decorations. [0003] Mangosteen, also known as mangosteen, mangosteen, phoenix fruit, etc. Native to India and Malaysia, it is mainly distributed in Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. It is also planted in Yunnan, Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian and other places in my count...
