The novel environment-friendly and clean biological alcohol-oil fuel is prepared from the following raw materials by mass percent: 78 to 90% of methanol, 8 to 20% of water, 0.058 to 0.178% of silver powder, 0.058 to 0.178% of red phosphorus powder, 0.058 to 0.178% of ethyl acetate, 0.024 to 0.144% of strontium carbonate, 0.058 to 0.178% of acetone, 0.179 to 0.479% of technical glycerine, 0.058 to 0.178% of ferrocene, 0.058 to 0.178% of nitromethane, 0.179 to 0.479% of absolute ethyl alcohol; the sum of the raw materials in mass percent reaches 100%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the silver powder, the red phosphorus powder and ethyl acetate to a vessel and agitating for 5 to 10 minutes at normal temperature; adding strontium carbonate, acetone, technical glycerine and ferrocene to the vessel; continuously agitating for 5 to 10 minutes, wherein hot gas is produced at the same time; adding absolute ethyl alcohol and partial water; then adding methanol and the rest water to obtain the novel environment-friendly and clean biological alcohol-oil fuel.
