Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) laying agar at the bottom of each hole of a cell culture plate; (2) immersing leaves with the same sizes into an insecticide to be assayed for a moment, taking out, airing, and flatly laying the leaves in the cell culture plate by enabling the back surfaces of the leaves to be upward; (3) inoculating a plurality of wingless adult aphides into the holes of the cell culture plate, and sealing the top of the cell culture plate inoculated with the aphides with rice paper strips; (4) putting the cell culture plate into a constant-temperature room, inspecting the death rate all the day, and calculating a toxicity test result.
