The anti-EMI LIN bus signal driver uses a PMOS-type transistor to maximize the voltage at the input end of the driving output unit to VCC, so the maximum driving capability of a driving circuit is improved. Because a transconductance operational amplifier with a low input impedance is used, the small equivalent input impedance and the high resistance to EMI at the input end of the driving output unit are guaranteed, the voltage at the input end of the driving output unit has strong capacity of following signals because of the negative feedback mode, and the controllability of signal slope is improved.
