Embodiment 1

[0028] The acquisition of embodiment 1 fume-colored I. spp. strain SCAU-IFCF02

[0029] 1. Experimental materials and conditions

[0030] (1) A house termite infested by entomogenic fungi ( Coptotermes formosanus ) worm corpses.

[0031] (2) Potato dextrose agar medium (PDA): 200g potato, 17-20g agar, 20g glucose, 1000mL water, aliquoted, autoclaved (121°C, 30min).

[0032](3) Sterile operating conditions: All utensils and utensils must be sterilized in an autoclave (121°C, 30min), and inoculation and other operations are carried out in an ultra-clean workbench.

[0033] (4) Strain culture conditions: culture in a light incubator (14L: 10D) at 25±1°C, transfer to a PDA slope after colony formation, and then transfer to a 4°C refrigerator for storage.

[0034] 2. Isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria

[0035] (1) Isolation: Isolate the pathogenic bacteria from the collected samples of house termite carcasses infected by entomogenic fungi. Use 5% sodium hyp...

Embodiment 2

[0061] Example 2 Determination of the pathogenicity of Isora fumoscens SCAU-IFCF02 strain to Plutella xylostella

[0062] Bioassay is one of the most important techniques in the theoretical and applied research of insect mycology and entomopathology, and it is one of the important means to detect the degree and rate of lethality of entomogenic fungi to target pests. It provides an important reference for the biocontrol potential of sporospora SCAU-IFCF02 strain. In the present invention, the pathogenicity of the strain I. fumigatus SCAU-IFCF02 to Plutella xylostella is measured to determine the optimal concentration and optimal age of the strain infecting Plutella xylostella, so as to guide the use of the bacterial strain in preventing and controlling field pests. in the application.

[0063] 1. Test materials

[0064] (1) Insects tested: diamondback moth Plutella xylostella (L.) Mature larvae were collected from the vegetable kale fields near South China Agricul...

Abstract

The invention discloses an isaria fumosorosea. The isaria fumosorosea is a wild strain obtained from a coptotermes body naturally soaked in entomogenous fungi in a separating manner from the national nature conservation area of Jiulianshan in Jiangxi province. The wild strain is grafted back to the coptotermes body so as to be rejuvenated, thereby obtaining the isaria fumosorosea. A purification strain is obtained by performing monospore separation on the isaria fumosorosea. The purification strain is an isaria fumosorosea SCAU-IFCF02 which is collected in CCTCC (China Center for Type Culture Collection) on November 1st, 2013 and has the collection number of CCTCCNO:M2013526. According to a long-term infection biology study and indoor bioassay, the isaria fumosorosea has very strong application potential for the biological prevention and control of diamond black moths and coptotermes.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microorganisms.More specifically, it involves a rose color stick strain. Background technique [0002] Insect pathogenic fungi is an important part of insecticidal microorganisms, accounting for about 60%of the types of insect pathogenic microorganisms. The large -scale development and utilization of microbial pesticides can effectively reduce and eliminate many negative effects such as residues, toxicity and drug resistance in chemical pesticides.Rose smoke color stick spores ( Isaria Fumosorosea ) It is an important insect pathogenic fungus. It is widely distributed in tropical, subtropical and temperate areas. Parasites include a variety of vegetables such as the same wings, winged eyes, scales, half -winged eyes, cavada, and membrane wings.Fruit trees and tea trees pests. The rose color sticks are efficient, environmentally friendly, and not easy to produce anti -drug resistance, so it has become a hot spot for domest...
