Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a modifying agent for a disposable tableware degrading packaging material. The modifier consists of the following components in parts by weight: 12-16 parts of calcium stearate, 2-4 parts of phycocolloid, 2-4 parts of carboxymethylcellulose, 1-3 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 10-12 parts of succinic acid glyceride, 10-12 parts of talcum powder, 12-16 parts of wollastonite, 3-5 parts of methyluren, 3-5 parts of carbohydrase and 2-4 parts of glutamic acid. The preparation method comprises the steps: sequentially adding the calcium stearate, the phycocolloid, the carboxymethylcellulose, the polyvinylpyrrolidone, the succinic acid glyceride, the talcum powder, the wollastonite, the methyluren, the carbohydrase and the glutamic acid into a high-speed stirrer, performing low-speed stirring for 1-2 minutes at each time of adding each substance, then adding another substance until all the substances are added, heating to 83-87 DEG C, performing high-speed stirring for 13-17 minutes, discharging, cooling the material, and packaging the material.

Example Embodiment

[0012] Example one
[0013] A method for preparing a modifier of a disposable tableware degradable packaging material, the modifier is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 12 parts of calcium stearate, 4 parts of algin, 2 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, poly 3 parts of vinylpyrrolidone, 10 parts of glycerol succinate, 12 parts of talc, 12 parts of wollastonite, 5 parts of methylurea, 3 parts of carbohydrase, 4 parts of glutamic acid; the preparation method is: in a high-speed mixer Calcium stearate, algin, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, glyceryl succinate, talc, wollastonite, methyl urea, carbohydrase and glutamine are added in sequence, and each substance is added. Stir at low speed for 1 minute before adding the next substance. After all the additions are completed, heat up to 87°C, stir at high speed for 13 minutes, then discharge the material, and pack after cooling.

Example Embodiment

[0014] Example two
[0015] A method for preparing a modifier of degradable packaging materials for disposable tableware. The modifier is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 16 parts of calcium stearate, 2 parts of algin, 4 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, poly 1 part of vinylpyrrolidone, 12 parts of glyceryl succinate, 10 parts of talc, 16 parts of wollastonite, 3 parts of methyl urea, 5 parts of carbohydrase, 2 parts of glutamic acid; the preparation method is: in a high-speed mixer Calcium stearate, algin, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, glyceryl succinate, talc, wollastonite, methyl urea, carbohydrase and glutamine are added in sequence, and each substance is added. Stir at low speed for 2 minutes before adding the next substance. After all the additions are completed, heat up to 83°C, stir at high speed for 17 minutes, then discharge the material, and pack after cooling.

Example Embodiment

[0016] Example three
[0017] A preparation method of a modifier for a disposable tableware degradable packaging material, the modifier is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 14 parts of calcium stearate, 3 parts of algin, 3 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, poly 2 parts of vinylpyrrolidone, 11 parts of glyceryl succinate, 11 parts of talc, 14 parts of wollastonite, 4 parts of methylurea, 4 parts of carbohydrase, 3 parts of glutamic acid; the preparation method is: in a high-speed mixer Calcium stearate, algin, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, glyceryl succinate, talc, wollastonite, methyl urea, carbohydrase and glutamine are added in sequence, and each substance is added. Stir at low speed for 1.5 minutes before adding the next substance. After all the additions are completed, heat up to 85°C, stir at high speed for 15 minutes, then discharge the material, and pack after cooling.
