Embodiment 1

[0019] (1) Crush the cottonseed cake and pass it through a 40-mesh sieve to obtain cottonseed cake powder; (2) Weigh 5 g of cottonseed cake, add 25 mL of 0.05% sodium hydroxide solution, stir well and use a power of 200 W pulse ultrasonic treatment for 5 min, ultrasonic interval ratio of 1 s / 2 s. After treatment, the samples were dried in an oven at 55 °C for 12 hours; (3) The dried cottonseed cake was ground into powder with a mortar, and the content of free gossypol was determined according to the method of GB 13086-91. See Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0021] The experimental treatment process was the same as in Example 1, except that the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution was 0.2%, the ultrasonic power was 800 W, the ultrasonic time was 20 min, and the ultrasonic intermittent ratio was 3 s / 2 s. See Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0023] The experimental treatment process was the same as in Example 1, except that the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution was 0.1%, the ultrasonic power was 400 W, the ultrasonic time was 9 min, and the ultrasonic intermittent ratio was 2 s / 2 s. See Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for ultrasonic-assisted detoxification of cotton seed meal, belonging to the technical field of food processing. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the cotton seed meal and sieving; (2) adding a sodium hydroxide solution according to a certain feed-solution ratio; (3) processing with ultrasonic waves; and (4) drying a processed sample in an oven, and determining the content of free gossypol in the cotton seed meal. According to the method, after the cotton seed meal is subjected to ultrasonic wave processing in a detoxification process, the detoxification effect is remarkably improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing, in particular to an ultrasonic-assisted detoxification method for cottonseed cake. Background technique [0002] Cotton seeds are called cottonseed, which is one of the important oil crops in my country, with an annual output of more than 11 million tons. Cottonseed can produce 12-18% cottonseed oil and about 45% cottonseed cake and other by-products through mechanical pressing or organic solvent extraction. The crude protein content in cottonseed meal is more than 35%, and the amino acid composition is reasonable except for the low lysine content. It is the second largest vegetable protein raw material in the world after soybean meal. According to statistics, in 2012, the output of cottonseed meal in my country has exceeded 6 million tons, ranking first in the world. [0003] Gossypol is the main toxic and harmful substance in cottonseed cake. Gossypol includes bound gossypol and free ...
