The inside of the porous coated resin foamed particles is a porous structure, the pore diameter is 0.5 mu m or so, and the porous coated resin foamed particles have the free path approximate to air at 40 DEG C, and have weak convection conductivity and favorable thermal-insulation effect. The particle surface is provided with the metal coating, and thus, has favorable heat-reflection effect. The sun reflectivity of the heat-reflection thermal-insulation paint is greater than or equal to 0.80, and the hemispherical emittance is greater than or equal to 0.78; and the heat-reflection thermal-insulation paint has the advantages of high reflectivity, low heat conductivity coefficient and excellent thermal-insulation effect.
