The component A in 100 parts by mass comprises the following materials in part by mass: 30-50 parts of modified hydroxyl acrylic resin, 2-6 parts of auxiliaries, 35-45 parts of heat reflective pigments, 4-8 parts of aerogel and 10-15 parts of organic solvent. The component B in 100 parts by mass comprises the following materials in part by mass: 75-90 parts of polyisocyanate and 10-25 parts of organic solvent. The modified hydroxyl acrylic resin is obtained by cold-blending modified resin and hydroxyl acrylic resin in a mass part ratio of 1-3: 1; the solid content of the modified hydroxyl acrylic resin is greater than or equals to 75wt%; the particle size of heat reflective pigments ranges from 0.55 micron to 1.2 microns; the particle size of the aerogel ranges from 1 micron to 80 microns; the pore size of the aerogel ranges from 10 nanometers to 20 nanometers; and the heat conductivity coefficient of the aerogel is less than or equals to 0.015W/(m k). The polyisocyanate is one or more of HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) biuret, HDI trimer and IPDI (isophorone diisocyanate) trimer curing agents. The high-reflective acrylic polyurethane coating composition is high in reflective insulation quality; and the quantity of VOC (volatile organic compounds) of the high-reflective acrylic polyurethane coating component is low.

The invention relates to a label fabric, in particular to a label fabric prepared from regenerative nylon grains. The label fabric comprises a base cloth layer and gluing layers coating the upper surface and the lower surface of the base cloth layer, wherein the base cloth layer is regenerative nylon base cloth prepared from regenerative nylon grains through melt spinning and warping weaving; during weaving, the regenerative nylon grains are spun to form single stranded yarns which are used as warp silk, and the density of the warp silk is 40-50 per centimeter; multiple stranded synthetic fiber yarns are used as weft silk; the viscosity of a gluing material of at least one of the upper and lower gluing layers is 1200-1800 cps; the sizing material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of methyl alcohol, 20-30 parts of calcium chloride, 10-20 parts of regenerative nylon grains, 10-20 parts of filler, and 0.06-0.1 part of a whitening agent. According to the label fabric, the new application of the regenerative nylon grains is expanded, and the resource regeneration utilization is achieved really; a desizing assistant causing environment pollution is not used, and a solvent suitable for recycling is adopted to achieve a good environment protection effect.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportioning according to the percentage, wherein the titanium metal element takes a titanium-zinc alloy ingot with the titanium content of 5 percent as one of raw materials; putting the proportioned metals into a melting furnace, raising the temperature to 720-790 DEG C, stirring, pounding into slag for 50-80 minutes, then cooling to 620-680 DEG C, stirring, and removing the slag; pouring an ingot for 2-5 minutes every time by adopting a mobile type movable zinc chute, and rapidly kneading a skin after pouring is finished; when the center temperature of an alloy liquid descends to 450-480 DEG C, slowly sprinkling water when observing the diameter of the unconsolidated region of the upper surface is within 200mm, and gradually increasing the irrigation volume; and finally, drawing mould, and carrying out object surface treatment. The alloy zinc ingot is capable of improving the abrasion resistance and the heat reflection of the surface of plating, is beautiful in surface, uniform in color distribution in the surface, small in loss and small in slag on surface.
