Abstract

The invention provides polyolefin material foamed particles and a production method of the polyolefin material foamed particles. The polyolefin material foamed particles comprise raw material components with the following contents in parts by weight: 100 parts of a polyolefin material, 15-30 parts of light calcium carbonate, 2-3 parts of active nano zinc oxide, 0.7-1.2 parts of dicumyl peroxide, 2-2.5 parts of an AC foaming agent, 0.2-0.4 part of ammonium hydrogen carbonate, 1-3 parts of calcium stearate, 1-3 parts of zinc stearate and 2-3 parts of TMPTA. The production method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials, performing internal mixing, milling and granulation, feeding to a first fluidized bed by virtue of a screw feeder, and completing crosslinking and prefoaming in presence of hot air at 130 DEG C; then feeding to a second fluidized bed, and completing foaming in presence of the hot air at 160-180 DEG C; then feeding to a third fluidized bed, and cooling and curing in presence of cold air at 82-100 DEG C; finally collecting, weighing and packaging.
