Problems solved by technology

According to the above method, the emulsified essence is detected. If the pretreatment is carried out according to the oil-free sample, the extraction cannot be realized due to the emulsifier contained in the emulsified essence, and the detection cannot be carried out; if the pretreatment is carried out according to the oil-containing sample, it takes about 2.5 ~3.0 hours of pretreatment time, at the same time need to consume a large amount of organic solvent, also need to prepare a special gel permeation chromatography device for purification, the operation is complicated and the cost is high

Abstract

The invention provides a sample pre-treatment method for fast detection of phthalic acid ester in emulsion flavor. The sample pre-treatment method comprises the following steps of a, adding n-hexane into emulsion flavor to be detected and carrying out mixing to obtain a uniform mixed solution, b, blow-drying the mixed solution in a water bath by nitrogen and c, adding n-hexane into a container subjected to the nitrogen-based blow-drying, carrying out volution and collecting the solution for next detection. The sample pre-treatment method has simple operation processes, short time consumption and less organic solvent use amount, is free of a gel penetration chromatogram device for purification and reduces a cost. The invention also provides a method for fast detection of phthalic acid ester in emulsion flavor. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out pretreatment on the emulsion flavor by the sample pre-treatment method and detecting phthalic acid ester in the pre-treated solution by a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined method. The sample pre-treatment method has short operation processes and short operation time, utilizes a less amount of an organic solvent, is free of a gel permeation chromatography device for purification and reduces a detection cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sample pretreatment method for detecting phthalates and a detection method using the same, and is especially suitable for detecting phthalates in emulsified essence. Background technique [0002] Phthalates (PAEs), also known as phthalates, are a class of chemicals that can soften. It is a general term for about 30 compounds. Its general chemical structure is composed of a rigid plane Aromatic hydrocarbons and 2 plastic non-linear aliphatic side chains. Phthalates are often used as plasticizers in the production of plastics. Phthalates are potentially toxic to animals and exhibit endocrine disrupting properties. [0003] Emulsified flavors are a type of commonly used food flavors. During the processing and transportation of emulsified flavors, there is a risk of contamination by phthalates. Common phthalates include dimethyl phthalate, Diethyl phthalate, diisobutyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, bis(2-methoxy)ethyl phthalat...
